State GOP seeks record number of lawn sign thefts, nominates Woodcock

A majority of South Portland and Cape Elizabeth Republicans voted to nominate the more moderate Peter Mills. Thousands in Cumberland County are set to face north and scream "I told you so" on Nov. 7.
