     The South Portland Crosstown Highway gives us a great opportunity for a pump-priming infrastructure stimulus project that should begin NOW! Our creative leaders should be able to generate enough funds (for example, sale of the Armory for moderate rental housing) for preliminary design, permits, etc. so that bonding for construction can be authorized at the earliest possible date.
