Plead – not guilty (May 22. 2009)


Skowhegan resident Bruce Lavallee-Davidson pleaded “not guilty” on Monday in Cumberland Superior Court in response to charges that he “recklessly or with criminal negligence caused the death” of South Portland resident Fred Wilson, according to court documents. Until a Nov. 30 trial, Lavallee-Davidson is prohibited from consuming or possessing alcohol or drugs and cannot purchase or possess a firearm. According to court records, Wilson was killed with a Smith and Wessen 44-caliber handgun.
